These terms apply to the use of leathura.com and purchases from Leathura, a hand-painted leather bag brand operated by Tushar Khorwal, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked store policies. Mandatory rights under Indian consumer law remain unaffected.
Our products
Leathura offers leather bags with hand-painted artwork. Each painting is made by hand, so small variations in brushwork, placement and colour can occur. Leather may also have natural variations in grain and texture. These variations do not excuse defects or a material difference from the product description.
The original product photograph in each gallery is the reference for the actual bag. Styled or illustrative images show the design in context. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmed dimensions, care instructions or other product details.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The total payable, including any applicable charges or discounts, is shown before payment. Shipping within India is complimentary. Payment methods are those offered at checkout when ordering is available. An order is treated as paid only after payment confirmation.
We do not ask customers to share card PINs, payment OTPs or banking passwords. If a payment is debited without an order confirmation, contact us with the payment reference so we can investigate.
Orders and availability
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may contact you to clarify missing information. Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled order under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where a bag requires painting, preparation takes approximately 3–5 days before dispatch. Delivery then takes up to approximately 7 days depending on the destination. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.
Cancellations, problems and refunds
Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, provided painting has not started and the order has not been dispatched. Accepted cancellations have no cancellation fee. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch. Damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed or qualifying late deliveries are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
Website use and artwork
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to access another customer’s account, interfere with the website or misuse its content. Leathura’s original artwork, photographs, text and branding must not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Privacy and policy changes
Our Privacy Policy explains the website’s use of personal information. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law. Nothing here removes your right to use the consumer grievance and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
