Privacy
LEATHURA uses WordPress and WooCommerce to operate this website. Essential cookies keep your shopping bag and account session working. Guests save bags in their browser. When you sign in, these favourites merge with your account saved list so you can access and remove them across devices. If you leave checkout to sign in, contact and address details are retained in this tab for up to 30 minutes, restored on return and cleared after checkout completion. Payment credentials are not stored in this checkout draft.
When you email the studio, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry. When you place an order, WooCommerce uses your contact, delivery and order details to fulfil it. If you choose PayU, Leathura shares your name, email address, mobile number if supplied, order reference, item description, amount and currency with PayU Payments Private Limited so it can process and confirm your payment. You enter UPI, card or banking credentials in the PayU hosted payment flow. PayU returns payment status and transaction details to Leathura; we keep these with your WooCommerce order for payment confirmation, customer support, refunds and reconciliation. Depending on the payment method, PayU may share information with banks, payment networks and service providers involved in processing it. See the PayU Payments Privacy Statement for how PayU handles payment information.
For privacy questions, contact hello@leathura.com.
Account, password, order-access and support emails are sent through FluentSMTP and Brevo on our behalf. The studio uses order questions and cancellation requests to provide customer service; submitting a request does not approve a cancellation or refund. Guest order access uses an expiring email link and an essential cookie limited to that order. If you choose Google sign-in, Nextend receives your Google account identifier and basic profile details, including your name, email and profile image when provided, to sign you in or connect Google to your existing account. Signing in, creating an account or ordering does not subscribe you to marketing.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics in the website preferences, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, product views, shopping bag activity, checkout and confirmed purchases. Analytics uses cookies and sends Google technical browser/device and visit information, referral/channel information, catalogue product details and a transaction reference with the purchase amount. Our analytics integration does not send your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order access key or payment credentials. Google processes this information to provide website measurement. We keep advertising personalisation and Google signals disabled in this integration.
You can decline analytics without affecting shopping and change your choice using Analytics preferences at the foot of a public page. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics reporting covers visitors who allow it; WooCommerce remains the source of truth for orders. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google Analytics safeguards data.
